"Life is a never-ending road with many twists and turns, but it can lead to happiness."

EDUCATOR
Look in any high school classroom and you will find teenagers who desperately need attention. Not just for conquering the latest math quiz or comprehending Shakespeare’s poetic words, but for issues that can affect any of us. Issues like peer pressure, bullying, self-esteem, drugs, learning disabilities sexual assault. Pile these issues onto a teen’s already stressful life and you have a recipe for disaster. One of my goals is to help teenagers in high schools—as well as college students—make their way through this stew of problems by serving as a school coach/consultant.
Let’s face it—teachers are already overburdened and underpaid. As much as I’m sure many of them would like to counsel their students on life-related issues, there simply isn’t time. During these formative years, teens need all the help they can get. As a coach to schools I can take the burden off of teachers and administrative staff when it comes to helping teenagers handle relationship issues that may be adversely affecting them. This service can also help parents since it’s not uncommon for teens to suffer in silence—having an impartial, objective expert on hand with whom they can relate can strengthen school relationships as well as relationships within the family.
