Dating coaching is for
men and women who are frustrated or feeling stuck with their
dating lives. Let's face it, dating should be fun but many
single individuals see at as a struggle, especially if they
have been at it for a long time with minimal returns. The
dating scene can feel like a game with a winner and loser,
especially when it comes to using Internet dating sites.
My Dating Approach
My approach as a dating coach is to assist
clients by developing a plan of action. People who are dating
frequently place too much pressure on themselves during the
process and then take rejections personally. You need to have
realistic expectations and to separate reality from fantasy.
Women in particular put so much energy into dating and are
always hoping each new date could be the one. We need to approach
dating as a "meet and greet." We all have the same end goal
in mind. The path we choose to take to get there is they key
and I will be your guide and coach for dating.
The Dating Coaching Process
The dating coaching process involves training
and instructing you with suggestions and ideas you haven't
thought of or tried. We begin with an analysis of what you
are currently doing during the dating experience, examine
the dating feedback you have received and past results, come
up with new ways to approach it, try these ideas, and look
for positive results. If they are not satisfactory, we can
review your dating and try a new variation on the approach.
Common Dating Scenarios
Here are some typical dating scenarios to
which you may be able to relate:
A client has been a member of an Internet
dating site for six months and has met several people but
never gets beyond a first date. He/she begins to think "what's
wrong with me and why don't I get asked out on a second date?"
or "the only people who show interest in me you
are not attractive." The client begins to turn the negative
responses inward instead of getting the most out of the experience.
Each time you meet someone you put all your energy into
this being an incredibly important turning point in your life,
and you're repeatedly disappointed. You just want to find
someone and start a relationship. You talk on the phone for
hours before your first date, your expectations are high and
then you meet and the chemistry just isn't there.

affect of behaviors that need to addressed and changed. It
is working from the inside out on problems. This can only
be achieved by listening to the voices within one's self and

to make changes and feel good about yourself and your choices.
